I am proud and excited to announce that the company I have worked for over the last 14 years is growing…Bigger and Better. Industrial UI Services (IUI) has acquired DeGroot Management Services (DMS). IUI is a nationally recognized leader in unemployment cost control and while we continue to have impeccable service in that area, we’ll also be providing an additional range of human resources services. These new and exciting #HumanResources services include employee handbook development and implementation, policy development, management trainings including inclusion, diversity, and equity (IDE), anti-harassment, and other vital and necessary HR support services.
I am also thrilled to be named the Vice President of HR Support Services, and while I will continue to be handling unemployment cost control matters, I’ll be working closely with JoLynnn Haresign in these other areas. JoLynn and I couldn’t be more eager and energized to offer these necessary additional services. As a local LGBTQ+ leader and Founder of AllThingzAP, I recognize that having an inclusive, equitable and diverse environment is very personal and truly essential to every business. My mission of embracing authenticity continues.
April celebrates Diversity Month. This is a celebration that was initiated in 2004 to recognize and honor the diversity surrounding us all. By celebrating differences and similarities during this month, we hope that people will gain a deeper understanding of each other.
