About Anthony Paradiso, MS, SHRM-CP

Anthony has spoken at venues large and small. Much in demand, he makes the complex understandable. He not only enlightens, he increases empathy. You would be hard pressed to find a more authoritative voice on diversity and inclusion, as well as an engaging speaker that also embraces his vulnerabilities.

With fifteen years of HR leadership experience, Anthony Paradiso (He/Him) is a champion about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and a leader of unbiased work environments that have proven to deliver positive results including revenue, retention, teamwork, and productivity.

Anthony is the Vice President of HR Support Services with Industrial U.I. Services (IUI).  IUI is a nationally recognized leader in unemployment cost control that also offers Human Resources services that include employee handbook and policy development, leadership and management trainings that include DEI, anti-harassment, outside investigations, and other necessary HR support services.  

He is also the Founder of AllThingzAP, where it is their primary mission for all to be their full authentic self, not just professionally, but personally.

​He enjoys being on a host of boards and committees, such as the VP of DEI with the North Jersey – Rockland Chapter SHRM and recently was the D&I Director for the Garden State Council – SHRM (GSC-SHRM) for six years.  Additionally, Anthony was a Bergen County Human Relations Commissioner and New Bridge Medical Center Foundation Trustee.  He is a member of the New Jersey LGBT Chamber and am NGLCC nationally certified.  As a member and local leader of the LGBTQ+ community, it is important that we have representation and have a sit at the table.  

He has written a number of published articles for SHRM, WorkHuman, Workology, Rezoomo, Achievers, HR Bartender, etc. and has been quoted in HR Magazine, Namely, Bonusly, “Making Work Human," the latest from WorkHuman’s Eric Mosley & Derek Irvine, the pioneers behind the human workplace movement.  Anthony has given a number of presentations and lectures about DEI, inclusion and being your authentic self, the importance of storytelling, LGBTQ+ inclusion, unconscious bias, human resources and employee relations.

Mogul announced Anthony Paradiso is on its 2021 Awards List for the ’Top 100 DEI Leaders’! These individuals have made enormous strides in implementing progressive practices, striving for DEI across all levels of their organization, and creating a welcoming, nurturing workplace for all employees. These leaders were determined through weighted scoring, taking into account the development and implementation of new practices, support and resources for employees, and social contributions to raise the bar or industry-wide work standards.  He is also a recipient for his leadership towards LGBTQ+ Equity.

Anthony's education includes a BA from Binghamton University, MS in Human Relations & Business, and am HR Certified.  Serving as a Speaker, Influencer, Blogger, and Educator Anthony is proud to have influenced the industry regarding unbiased and inclusive work environments.
